Finlay has introduced its latest innovation, the TR-80 radial conveyor, designed with customer needs at the forefront. This versatile machine can seamlessly integrate into both static operations and mobile crushing and screening setups, catering to a wide range of applications, from heavy-duty primary crushing to lighter tasks.
One of the standout features of the TR-80 radial conveyor is its automated stockpile program, allowing operators to tailor material stockpiling to their specific operational requirements and site layouts. The radial functionality offers flexibility in stockpile configurations, accommodating various material types and site conditions.
In conical mode, the TR-80 can achieve a maximum discharge height of 10.18 meters (33 feet, 5 inches) and stockpile up to 1,811 cubic meters (2,369 cubic yards) of material. Alternatively, when configured in 120 degrees Kidney Bean mode, it can stockpile an impressive 7,566 cubic meters (9,897 cubic yards) of material.
Safety has been a priority in the design of the TR-80. Hydraulic feed height adjustment of the feedboot and pinless deployment of the main conveyor contribute to creating a safer working environment and facilitate swift on-site setup and dismantling.
Alan Witherow, Finlay’s product and applications manager emphasized the company's dedication to providing reliable solutions. He highlighted the TR-80's ability to minimize segregation, degradation, compaction, and contamination of materials in the stockpile. Additionally, by improving site efficiency and optimizing material handling processes, the TR-80 underscores Finlay's commitment to delivering high-performance solutions that drive cost-savings for customers while ensuring consistent product quality.
