Introducing the latest advancements in the Cat PM300 Series, engineered to meet the demands of small to medium applications requiring high production capabilities and maneuverability. Today's Cat PM310, PM312, and PM313 Cold Planers come with a host of enhancements aimed at boosting machine performance, operator comfort, and milling power.

At the heart of these enhancements lies the integration of the Cat C9.3B engine, delivering heightened gross power and increased torque, as evidenced by rigorous standard performance testing. With a robust gross power rating of 256 kW (343 hp), the Cat C9.3B engine offers configurations compliant with various emission standards, including U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final, EU Stage V, Korea Stage V, or Brazil MAR-1, equivalent to U.S. EPA Tier 3 and EU Stage IIIA.

The Cat C9.3B engine boasts streamlined design and enhanced electronic, fuel, and air systems for improved efficiency. Maintenance is simplified with easier access to engine oil filters, while multipiece, cartridge-style engine filters reduce waste and replacement costs.

Performance and comfort receive a significant boost with the latest PM300 series design updates. Transition flashing between primary and loading conveyors has been redesigned to enhance material containment and minimize build-up on the front machine frame. Additional material containment improvements include enhancements to the right-hand side plate, chamber-to-conveyor sealing, and loading conveyor belt sealing. Front track deflectors offer added protection against debris impact and build-up, thereby extending service life.

Operator convenience is enhanced with the introduction of an adjustable on-screen guidance line feature on the left-hand camera, enabling operators to track the cutting edge from either side of the machine. Ground personnel can now control obstacle jump capability from rear ground controls, optimizing milling efficiency.

Safety and visibility are prioritized with wide-dispersion LED working and LED roading light options for the PM310, PM312, and PM313 models. An exhaust deflector option redirects exhaust away from buildings and ground personnel, enhancing the working environment. The redesigned optional dust abatement ducting further improves sealing and suction.
